It's a light, it works if you put bulbs in. It looks exactly like the picture, so if you like the picture and you like light then you will like this fixture.

We were pleased with our complete whole house order and have recommended ATG Stores to several people, both the on-line store and the Wenatchee, WA store. The electrician will be installing everything this next week so I can't say how the installation instructions were. We were pleased with the daily shipping updates also.

Very nice looking ceiling fixture. Assembly was more difficult than it should have been compared to the many I've installed in the past. Once installed, it looks fine.
