Simple, but able to shine light in 360 degree on anyone one of the LED lights on the size "stik"you buy. I started with the 12 inch one with four lights containing three LED lights each. Adjusting each in the direction my boss(wife)wanted them to shine. GREAT, that i had only four to adjust or it would have taken ALL NIGHT instead of the half night it took for completion of a EXTREMELY SIMPLE INSTALLATION. Without the wife it would take less than 10 minutes to install!!!
